Working closely with our equipment suppliers we have developed a floor truss manufacturing process that is highly customized and unique to Mainely
Trusses. All floor truss chords are spliced on our Klaisler Rolsplicer with automated outfeed handling. The Rolsplicer provides a tight splice with
accurate plate placement and embedment.
All floor trusses are fully assembled on our custom S Huot floor truss gantry. This table has a capacity to build floor trusses that are 40 feet
long and nearly 30 inches deep. Solid jigging with rugged clamping rails ensure a quality floor truss with tight fitting joints.
