Once the trusses are designed and approved your order is released to the shop for manufacturing. The trusses are batched together in logical groups
to maximize productivity and help ensure consistent production. The first step in the manufacturing process is the picking of the lumber required
for the trusses. Mainely Trusses purchases their lumber requirements from carefully selected mills. During the picking process we "re-grade" the
lumber to ensure that it meets our structural and visual requirements required for our trusses. All lumber used in our trusses is a minimum of 2 x 4 #2
grade stamped lumber, higher grades are used when required by the design.
